M&M Plumbing & Heating Ltd is run by the directors Richard Marshall and Shane Metters. We are primarily based in the North Cornwall area but work anywhere from Mid Devon to Lands End

Our services include natural gas, LPG, oil fired and electrical heating systems, underfloor heating, bathrooms and tiling designed individually to suit your home and your specific needs. We are registered with Corgi, Oftec and are water industry approved.

We have worked on and designed a number of renewable projects with modern technologies including ground source heat pumps and solar powered hot water systems. These are becoming more popular as they are extremely efficient and environmentally friendly which leads to homes having that important zero carbon blueprint.

We offer a reliable and professional service and are flexible to our customers requirements. We will always be available for any after sales service our customers require. We make an effort at all times to keep your house clean and tidy and endeavour to start and finish work at the agreed times.
